CHEF PHAM
Chef Pham, the Head Chef of Li Jiang, is a culinary visionary whose artistry blends with tradition. Drawing on his heritage, he has helped shape Li Jiang into a MICHELIN Select venue, bringing Vietnamese cuisine to modern dining.
His culinary journey began at 18 in Vietnam, inspired by his grandmother, who instilled in him a deep passion for traditional Vietnamese cuisine. His signature dish, oven-baked sea bass wrapped in a lotus leaf, pays homage to his grandmother's teachings and his roots.
Chef Pham's dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including multiple recognitions in the MICHELIN Star selection and the "Best Asian Restaurant in Abu Dhabi" award from Time Out.
